TWNIC Commissions Pearson Data to Conduct the 2026 Stakeholder Survey (October to December 2026)

To better understand the needs of its service users and partners, the Taiwan Network Information Center (TWNIC) has commissioned Pearson Data Ltd. to conduct the 2026 TWNIC Stakeholder Survey this year. The results will inform TWNIC’s future service planning and its collaboration and interaction with stakeholders.

If you have recently received an email about this survey, it is an official survey commissioned by TWNIC.

You may receive the following invitations:

1. Online Survey

●      Purpose: To learn about your satisfaction with and needs regarding TWNIC’s services, we sincerely invite you to complete a 10-minute online survey.

●      Method: On behalf of TWNIC, Pearson Data will send invitations by email, from now through November 30.

●      Anonymity: The survey is fully anonymous. Your responses will be used only for aggregate statistical analysis, and no information that could identify you will be published.

2. In-depth Interview

●      Purpose: To understand the satisfaction and needs of organizations that work closely with TWNIC, we are inviting selected organizations to take part in an interview.

●      Timeline: You may be contacted by email or phone from now through November 30.

●      Format: Interviews will be conducted mainly online and will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

●      Recording and privacy: With your consent, the interview will be recorded. The recording will be used only to produce a de-identified transcript for analysis and report writing. Interviews are conducted on a named basis, but opinions are presented anonymously. Interviewees’ identities and the recordings will not be shared with the commissioning organization.
