APNIC(Asia Pacific Network Information Centre )為掌管亞太地區IP位址與AS號碼發放的機構，為能廣納會員對於IP位址及AS號碼相關政策之意見，並進行網路管理相關技術交流，APNIC每半年召開會議，以供各界對於其IP位址及AS號碼資源之政策作一個公開的討論，藉由對IP位址及AS號碼資源管理政策提案的公開討論，將與會會員所達成的共識結果形成資源管理相關政策。
APNIC 60會議於2025年9月4日至9月11日在越南峴港(DA NANG)舉行，本次會議共有508人現場參與、301人線上參與，會議內容涵蓋了網際網路維運、技術及發展等。本次會議有許多NIR代表、網路技術專家、政府代表、網路業者代表、Internet工程師等共同參加。
9月11日召開APNIC AMM會員大會，會議由APNIC Executive Council (EC)主席暨TWNIC董事長黃勝雄擔任主持人，並報告APNIC EC Report。APNIC EC 針對目前的各業務進行相關報告，並宣佈此次新任NRO NC選舉投票結果，由Devesh Tyagi當選，任期為兩年。

此外，會員大會中也邀請丁綺萍副執行長報告Cooperation SIG，APNIC於閉幕式時致贈本中心贊助會議之感謝狀。
本次會議Policy SIG共有討論5個Proposal，其中prop-162: WHOIS Privacy、prop-166: Revocation of Persistently Non-functional RPKI Certification Authorities及prop-167: Published Statistics on Directory Service Usage有達成共識，prop-164: Allocations of IPv6 Resources longer than a /32 with a nibble boundary alignment及prop-165: Provision of IPv4 Address Space to IPv6-only Networks for Transitional Purpose未達成共識並退回mailing list討論。
本次NIR SIG共有CNNIC、KISA、TWNIC、IRINN等4個NIR上台報告，各NIR主要報告其各項業務推動狀況，而TWNIC王彥傑工程師在此會議中報告會員狀況、IP核發狀況及舉辦的相關活動，如第APNIC-TWNIC 43rd IP Open Policy Meeting、2025 TWNIC-APNIC Joint Training – Network Security Workshop、Taiwan IPv6 User Availability、TWNIC RPKI 統計等與各NIR與會者進行交流。並有一個Panel Discussion: NIRs and APNIC in the Next Decade: Strengthening Roles, Collaboration, and Innovation。
