The Taiwan Network Information Center (hereinafter referred to as the “TWNIC”) will only process and use the Personal Data, including names, emails, related questions or suggestions (subject to the actual personal Data completed by users) completed by users over the online customer service within the scope and for the purpose of addressing the request for customer service. TWNIC will use such Personal Data by non-automated/automated means or any means appropriate to the contemporary technology within the territory of Taiwan and during the existence of the said purposes. Unless for the need to address the request for customer service or as required by law, TWNIC will not disclose such Personal Data to any third party. In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you enjoy the following rights over Personal Data: To inquire, review, request for a copy of, supplement or correct, demand the cessation of the collection, processing or use, and erase Personal Data.
